Chair yoga is “Yoga for Everybody”. If you have trouble getting down to the mat, sit at a desk all day, or just want to deepen your practice, chair yoga is for you. If you can breathe, you can do chair yoga. Marti Anne will guide you through an hour long practice where you’ll learn several ways to practice yoga while seated, or standing by a chair. You’ll also learn how to synchronize your moves with your breath. No prior yoga experience is necessary to participate in this class. Experienced yogis are welcome, too.
