R.F. Kuang is a bestselling, award-winning author whose genre-bending novels blend history, fantasy, and sharp satire to critique academia, publishing, and contemporary culture. Her latest novel, Katabasis, follows two graduate students who descend into hell and has already been optioned for a TV series by Amazon MGM Studios.
