Summer Pen Pal Program

Join to be paired up with a pen pal from Blue Island! Each child who mails three letters to their pal between June 2 and July 31 qualifies for an ice cream social where pals can finally meet in person. Stop by the Youth Services Desk with a parent to fill out a participation form. Ages 6-13.
