Summer Penpal Program

Join to be paired up with a pen pal from Blue Island! Each child who mails six letters to their pal between June 1 and July 31 qualifies for a free scoop of ice cream at an ice cream social where pals can finally meet in person. Stop by the Youth Services Desk for a parent to fill out a participation form. Ages 5-13.
